  1. Automatic uploads into the POS

When we add a new product into the system, it does not automatically load into the POS. We have to go to the menu and add it manually. If we add a new product into our stock it would be super helpful to not have to go through and re-add them manually into the POS.

  2. Ability to check in a family together

When you search for a family member (parent) and check them in, it then clears the screen and you are forced to search again to find their children. It would be helpful if all family members appeared on the page when you are in a parent profile, with the ability to check them all in together. This would greatly speed up check-in processes.

  3. Ability to use Gift Cards when booking online

Currently when trying to book any sessions though the website calendar, there isn't an option to use a gift card as payment, only credit/debit cards. Enabling people to be able to use the gift cards as a payment method would mean they can process their transactions online without having to contact the centre.

  4. Customers with a two word surname

Customer named e.g. first name: Joe, last name: Le Blogs. If you search Joe Le Blogs the system says no customers found. You have to search Joe Le and then scroll through lots of customers which isn't ideal.

  5. Operator PIN Code Feature

The Operator PIN Feature will introduce a flexible authentication system that enables operators to move seamlessly between workstations whilst maintaining security and accountability. Operators will authenticate using 4-digit PINs at any workstation, with the system tracking all actions through comprehensive audit logs. Administrators will manage operator profiles, PIN resets, and permissions through settings, whilst the system will provide granular settings to determine which actions require PIN authentication.

  7. Child supervision allowed at self check-in when criteria is met.

This would benefit any regular family users that supervise their own children as it would allow them to skip the queue. Reduces wait time for the customer and takes the pressure off reception teams.

  8. View recently Booked

A filter option either in the agenda view or transaction history to view all bookings for sessions/groups/course by the most recent transaction would be great. This would enable staff to check through recent bookings and ensure they are properly staffed etc.

  9. 2 parent ability

Kids should be able to be in two different households because they have 2 parents. We shouldn't have to keep adding 2 profiles for a kid who has two parents.

  10. family member/junior account competencies

it would be very useful to have the ability to show competencies or allowances on junior accounts eg. nicas levels, or top-rope or lead competent, or a custom competency button it would be even more useful to have these competencies linked to booking of products, eg a Nicas level 2 cannot book onto a Nicas level 4 group

  11. Assigning children to two parents.

We have some divorced families and when one parent (a) brings in a child but that child's account exists on the other parent's (b) account, they are not able to check them in. We cannot move their profile to the other parent (a) because it would remove their membership from the other parent (b). We need to be able to have that child's account exist on both parents profiles.

  12. Barcodes - For Family members

We're developing a new feature that will make it easier for families to manage check-ins at your facilities. Parents will be able to generate unique barcodes for their children, allowing them to check in independently without needing their parent present. These barcodes will be available as downloadable files or can be added directly to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for convenient access on mobile devices. Parents will have full control over their family members' barcodes, with the ability to view, manage, and deactivate them as needed from their account. When a family member scans their barcode at check-in, staff will be able to see their details and linked parent account information, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in process. This feature will streamline facility access for families whilst maintaining the security and oversight that parents need.

  14. Reassign/move a booking to another booking

Occasionally a booked participant may need to change the day of their session. They do not wish to process a full cancellation; they only want to reassign the date of their visit. This feature would benefit the customer (who does not need to worry about cancelling a ticket and repaying to book for the same session) and it would benefit the business (this would make guest tracking and reporting much more accurate, as at the moment a report would pull a "cancellation" even though the customer did not technically cancel, leading to inaccurate numbers).

  15. Automatic junior to adult account creation

When a customer who is a junior family member on a primary adult profile turns 18, automatically upgrade them to an adult account. This will require an email address, so potentially the initial trigger could prompt an email to the parent account to ask them to upgrade to an adult account by providing an email address. When they go to check-in, if the junior has turned 18 but does not yet have their own account, perhaps a prompt to the team member to detach the junior account and create an adult account would be helpful. This will help the wall staff to identify when juniors are becoming adults, avoiding a scenario where they are checked in as a junior even though they are an adult and should have completed the adult waivers on their own account.
