  1. Show Capacity on calendar view

    Would be nice to show how many people are booked onto sessions within the Daily/Weekly view on schedule. We can then see whats fully booked without having to click on every course.

  2. Barcodes - For Family members

    We're developing a new feature that will make it easier for families to manage check-ins at your facilities. Parents will be able to generate unique barcodes for their children, allowing them to check in independently without needing their parent present. These barcodes will be available as downloadable files or can be added directly to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for convenient access on mobile devices. Parents will have full control over their family members' barcodes, with the ability to view, manage, and deactivate them as needed from their account. When a family member scans their barcode at check-in, staff will be able to see their details and linked parent account information, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in process. This feature will streamline facility access for families whilst maintaining the security and oversight that parents need.

  3. Waivers: Custom Validation

    We are moving forward with Waivers: Custom Validation to give operators more control over submission handling. Operators will be able to define the expected answer, enable auto-blocking when a response is incorrect, and configure the messages customers see on successful or blocked submissions.

  4. Ability to delete someone from entire course.

    We'd like to be able to delete somebody from an entire course instead of deleting them from individual sessions within the course (long winded when there's lots of sessions).

  5. Reassign/move a booking to another booking

    Occasionally a booked participant may need to change the day of their session. They do not wish to process a full cancellation; they only want to reassign the date of their visit. This feature would benefit the customer (who does not need to worry about cancelling a ticket and repaying to book for the same session) and it would benefit the business (this would make guest tracking and reporting much more accurate, as at the moment a report would pull a "cancellation" even though the customer did not technically cancel, leading to inaccurate numbers).

  6. Notes - Added to Sessions, Courses & Group Bookings

    This feature enhancement enables teams to attach notes directly to sessions, courses, and group bookings, creating a more contextual and organised approach to managing operational information. By extending the existing Notes & Alerts functionality, staff can now create and view notes specific to scheduled activities, ensuring that important reminders, instructions, and operational details are surfaced exactly where they're needed. This update maintains the flexibility of the current system whilst adding powerful new associations that streamline communication and reduce the risk of missed information during busy operational periods.

  7. Program / (Youth/Adult) Teams Management System

    The Programme and Teams Management feature will enable staff to create and configure programmes with capacity limits, age ranges, schedules, and fees, whilst enforcing role-based access controls. Parents will be able to enrol their children through a self-service portal when capacity is available, and will automatically join a waitlist when programmes are full, receiving time-limited offers as seats become available. Staff will use a real-time roster to check participants in and out, with the system blocking check-ins for accounts with outstanding payments. The platform will send automated notifications for enrolment confirmations, waitlist offers, and attendance updates, whilst supporting bulk operations, CSV and PDF exports, and proration for mid-cycle billing.

  9. prevent cancelled NICAS bookings by customers from creating a credit

    NICAs & Development programme courses are booked for the whole term at a time and the commitment by the customer is for that term of sessions, if customers miss or cancel a session through their account this should not create a credit that could be used for future terms or sessions

  10. renew memberships with cash

    if someone's monthly subscription has expired, due to insufficient funds etc. please can there be other ways of making the payment to recover the membership. some people want to pay the amount due in cash for example, so an option to send the payment to POS, instead of only 'recover' account via the saved card

  11. option to have a non-climber parent

    For parents who aren't climbing, or supervising, but just signing up their child. Often times the junior might be supervised by a different family member, 18+ sibling, other adult. However, to fill out the junior waiver, a parent who doesn't climb needs to fill out a acknowledgement of risk waiver. Can we have the option to turn off the requirement for an adult waiver, but would still block them from entry, but allow their child to climb, either as a competent 14+, or under supervision of someone else.

  12. Operator PIN Code Feature

    The Operator PIN Feature will introduce a flexible authentication system that enables operators to move seamlessly between workstations whilst maintaining security and accountability. Operators will authenticate using 4-digit PINs at any workstation, with the system tracking all actions through comprehensive audit logs. Administrators will manage operator profiles, PIN resets, and permissions through settings, whilst the system will provide granular settings to determine which actions require PIN authentication.

  13. POS Keyboard Shortcuts

    Something that can massively speed up till work is having keyboard shortcuts for specific items - i.e. to steal a few from RGP, alt+c for adding a customer, F12 for "Checkout", etc. Most times on POS I rarely touch the mouse unless I have to. You could also then assign different shortcuts to POS menus in the settings to access sub menus faster.

  14. Update birth date entry field for improved use

    The suggestion based on user feedback is to revise the current birth date entry field which does not does not accept free text entry. You have to use the little calendar itself. Even having separate fields with month, day and year would be preferred.

  15. Full Custom Domain Support (Custom Service Store URL)

    We are moving beyond subdomains. You will soon have the flexibility to use your own primary domain for your service store. Instead of altitude.app.clava.co.uk, you can use professional URLs like members.yourbrand.com to keep your business identity front and centre.
